They are the same identifier in 12 and 13 digits. Use UPC-A where they ask for it and EAN-13 on Mercado Libre.

For the listing, yes: paste the GTIN (UPC or EAN of the same code), one per variation, and publish. Amazon Brand Registry is separate: if they ask for GS1 membership in your company name, that purchase is at GS1, not this pack.
No. The pack is the GTIN for the listing. If Amazon or a chain wants GS1 membership in your company name, that purchase is at GS1, not here.

The number is the product identifier. Shopify takes it as the product GTIN. eBay, Etsy, and Google Shopping usually want a unique code per variation. A physical store loads it in the POS.
The UPC or EAN identifies the product on the listing. FNSKU is the warehouse label Amazon assigns when you send stock to FBA. To list, paste the GTIN; Amazon generates the FNSKU after.

On the item or variation listing, the field is usually universal code, EAN, or GTIN. Use the 13 digits. MLA, MLB, and MLM may ask for it in different categories.
On the listing, the field is GTIN (UPC or EAN). Paste that variation's unique number and publish. The pack covers the listing GTIN. Brand Registry, if they want GS1 membership in your name, is bought at GS1.
No. Once it is on your order, it stays in your account and we do not deliver it again.
Yes. The same identifier goes to every channel that accepts the GTIN. On Mercado Libre you paste the EAN-13; on Amazon, the GTIN field.
